Refunds and Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason within 28 days of purchase, we would be happy to either exchange or refund the whole amount to you on receipt of the product you have purchased.

  • Goods supplied as ordered must not be returned without prior authorisation from Sophie Younger. Unless the item is faulty, all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The products should be returned in saleable condition.
  • For returns, please email info@sofcreations.com with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.  We will provide you with instructions for where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods.  When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer shall receive a confirmation email,

notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer’s original payment method shortly after.

Any damage / shortage claim must be notified immediately.
